Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time UK delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods or holidays.

Carriers Orders are shipped via Royal Mail (or another equivalent courier depending on volume and location).

Order Tracking Tracking is provided for all orders. Your tracking link will be included in your dispatch email.

Shipping Locations We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Delays & Issues If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it right away.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
